Trauma-informed, strengths-based pathways for young mothers ages 14-26.
Trauma-informed, strengths-based pathways for young mothers ages 14-26.
In North Carolina, 1 in 68 girls (ages 15–19) gives birth each year — vs. 1 in 76 nationwide.
We are here to help change those odds — supporting young mothers as they build confidence, advocacy, and long-term stability to rise, thrive, and rewrite their generational futures.
(national data; NC rates are similar or higher)

Transformation begins within. Through our trauma-informed, strengths-based process, young mothers learn to rise with confidence — uncovering their gifts, mastering new skills, and shaping brighter futures for themselves and their children.

We understand that past experiences shape present challenges. Our approach creates safety, trust, and empowerment without retraumatization.

You already have incredible strength within you. We help you recognize and build on your existing resilience and capabilities.

No one succeeds alone. We connect you with mentors, peers, and resources to build a support network that lasts.
Job readiness training, resume building, and professional networking for long-term success.
One-on-one support with trained mentors who understand your journey and celebrate your growth.
From new jobs to personal milestones, our alumni rise together — a sisterhood of support, learning, and celebration through our Phoenix Suns Alumni Program.
We partner with local programs to connect young mothers to High School Equivalency (GED/HiSET), college, and career training opportunities — supporting every step toward a brighter future.

Share your time and skills to help others grow. Support workshops, mentoring, and community events that make a lasting impact.

Collaborate through your company, ERG, or community group to create opportunities that uplift young mothers and strengthen families.
Your support helps us provide young mothers with the tools and access they need — from laptops for learning to childcare and transportation support — ensuring nothing stands in the way of their success.
